Angela's NoshPosh has two parts to it- a restaurant and a club.The restaurant will be open for both lunch and dinner.
Angela's NoshPosh will have a Carribean feel to it and play mostly reggae (Jamaican) music.
The inside is divided into three parts-one part is a restaurant, at the back is a conference room for business meetings and then there will be a club in the very back away from the restaurant and the meeting room.
The club extends to the outside part of the patio which will be big enough to accommodate a large number of people.
The restaurant serves Caribbean food and some African food. The restaurant is open till 11:00pm and the club opens from 1:00am-6:00am.
Each island in the Caribbean has a different culture.
The music, architecture and have been shaped by the physical landscape and climate.They have a music festival every year where the dancers wear colorful clothes to reflect their culture.
Old African culture influences the dancing and singing. Reggae music and jerk cooking are inspired African gifts to the Caribbean world. Music is also an important aspect in the Caribbean culture.
Caribbean recipes combine African, French and Spanish style cooking.
Caribbean food has a lot of spices. They are famous for putting jerk seasoning in almost everything.

Customers that go to the restaurant for dinner can use that meal receipt to get into the club and guests only there for the club use a separate entrance to get to the club.
The waiters/waitresses will tell the customers about the club and the way pricing is arranged.

We have a conference room which is sound proof for business meetings in the restaurant. One can also rent out that room for private parties.
We also send out catered meals to company business lunches and I will either do the delivery myself or send someone out to inform businesses and let them know we cater.
Customers are able to put their business cards or names and numbers in a bowl and at the end of the month, a name is drawn and that person will get a free meal for 2 and free club entrance for 1 night. Coupons for the meals and the club are given on our website monthly.
Local sports teams make an appearance at a special night at the club and I donate 10% of sales to charity. The next day after the appearance, media is invited to the establishment where the sports team will join me in presenting a check to my chosen charity.
